KC Place Hotel Pratunam

The staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. The bed was cosy, the air conditioning worked well in Bangkok’s heat, and the bathroom was neat. It felt like a decent, safe place to rest after a long day of touring. Getting around was easy, with public transport, shops, and food spots within walking distance. It’s handy if you’re arriving from the airport or want to explore the city. For the price, it was a really good stay at KC Place Hotel in Bangkok. I only wish the room came with complimentary coffee and slippers. That would’ve made it even more comfortable. I’d consider staying here again if I wanted an affordable place without giving up comfort.

The staff were friendly the whole time, and the room was a decent size for a fair price. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on, but they fixed that with a topper when I asked. The pillows, on the other hand, were much too thin. The balcony view was poor. I was basically looking at trash in the backyard of the other hotels, and smoking isn’t allowed out there, so I didn’t see the point of booking it. Even with those issues, it was great value for money.

A clean room and bathroom, plus friendly staff. They can arrange an airport drop-off if you need one. It’s a convenient spot near central Bangkok and some tourist attractions, with Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants in the area. I’d recommend it to Asian travelers who want to shop.

Breakfast was extremely poor quality for the price. There’s no buffet, just a choice of a few dishes, and you have to pay extra for water with the meal. I’ve never had that at a hotel before, and it didn’t feel hospitable. You could save your money and easily find a much better breakfast outside for half the price. The hotel’s service wasn’t what you might expect.
