Pui and Marty at the front desk made us feel welcome with their warm, professional service. They were attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with an excellent bed and a thoughtful layout. The facilities were clean and easy to get to. Even in the heart of the city, the hotel had a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the food had plenty of delicious choices. The hotel is in a convenient spot for Bangkok’s business and shopping districts, with a Metro station right in front for getting around the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. I had a wonderful time at Four Point. A big thank you to Molokai at the front desk, and Yui, Koong, and Wong at the restaurant, for their great service. The team made the experience feel luxurious. I’d highly recommend this hotel in Bangkok and am sure I’ll come back on my next visit.

The birthday cake was yummy, and I appreciated the surprise. The customer service was fantastic, with a warm welcome and 100% support and help. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the room well, but it was very noisy. The yellow lighting was easy on the eyes, though not helpful for packing at night or doing makeup in the morning. The sheets and blankets had stains, which felt unhygienic and unpleasant. That’s a real minus for a luxury hotel.

Marty, Kratai, Lada, and Parn were so kind and helpful. They made check-in fast and seamless, and gave us rooms with great views. The hotel feels plush and premium. Breakfast on the 8th floor is worth recommending too, with great views.
