The reception staff are friendly, but they don’t have a POS machine, so I had to keep going to the ATM for cash. The place is far from the city centre and 7-Eleven, and construction nearby makes it really noisy during the day. The room equipment is old and dusty. They charge for things you might need, including a phone adapter and a kettle. The location is inconvenient too.

The room had a horrible human smell, especially around the sitting room sofa cushions, which reeked of sweat and body odour. During my two nights there I had no Internet. I asked for a discount because I had to top up my own phone to work, but the staff refused. It felt overpriced and unsanitary, with poor facilities and a bad location. There are no food or breakfast options. Avoid!

The electricity blew when we came back and turned on the light. As you can see in the video, the light doesn’t work. One of the things that made me really mad was the woman at reception being racist toward my mother. There’s no cleaning unless you call and ask for it, and using the washing machine costs extra. They charge you for everything, and the room style feels so cheap. I’ve seen many bad hotels, but this one is on another level. Worst hotel of 2023, I’d give it an Oscar for this trash. 👀

The flats have nice, modernised furniture and are close to Bangkok hospital. There’s no breakfast, and the rental prices are higher than those of other flats in the area.
