Staff did their best with hospitality and keeping the place clean, but you should factor in the location when booking. There isn't public transport within walking distance, though they run a tuk tuk shuttle to the nearest BTS station, just not often enough. You'll likely spend the savings on extra taxi fares, so a more central hotel may make more sense. It's a budget version of Ibis, with small rooms. The restaurant only opens for breakfast, then closes.

The room worked well for our group of four, with bunk beds for the kids that suited us perfectly. The hotel was clean overall, and breakfast was good. It's quite far from the city centre, but I'd be glad to come back and stay again.

The room was clean and the area quiet, and the price was very affordable. But it may be best for just one night. The windows wouldn't open at all, including the bathroom, and breakfast was basic with a rather cold atmosphere. Reception didn't check the loyalty status on my booking, and at first they asked me to pay for early check-in. I had to point out that I shouldn't have to. The top-floor massage place was listed as opening at 11AM, while reception said 10AM. We went around 11:10AM and it was closed. When we returned to reception, they tried calling but got no answer. They said they'd try again and call our room, but nobody ever did.

The staff were quick to help and brought the amenities I needed. The hotel was good otherwise, though the rooms felt a bit dim and breakfast didn't have much variety. It's away from the city, but that could suit anyone who likes quiet surroundings.

Phone reception around here is very choppy. I had no signal, so I used the hotel Wi-Fi on my phone. That same night, I saw a $95 PUBG Mobile Amsterdam charge on my bank account. I only use my card at mall ATMs for cash withdrawals and on Agoda, and I don't even know what that app is. The scam most likely happened at the hotel, so I asked if they could exchange money for me. They declined and just said sorry. I deactivated my card that night and explained what had happened. Now I'm running out of cash, my digital card is no use here, and I'll have to ask my family for help because they didn't want to.
