The building is old, and both bathrooms had mold. We stayed in building B, where there were also big diagonal cracks in the hallway walls, perhaps from the prior earthquake. The location is very good, right next to the BTS, but we had pest and odor problems. In one of our rooms, my mother saw a small dark creature under the sink, about an inch long, maybe a mouse, and the unit smelled foul. We moved to a higher room, where the smell was much better and we didn’t notice strange pests. Both units had lots of ants. There was a poster in the elevator saying pesticide spraying would happen on Feb 14.

The main reason to live in this Ideo Mobi complex developed by Ananda Group is the convenience of BTS access. It’s an acceptable place and well maintained, though a single bedroom can be small, around 27sqm.

The condo is a bit old now, but the juristic person has maintained it well. The common area is very large, with lots of green space. Given the good location, it’s one of the best condos in the Onnut area for the rental price in 2021, at 10000 to 130000.

The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced on sukhumvit road, with nice facilities and a 7/11 downstairs. It’s old but well maintained, and the staff are nice. On Nut BTS is 150 meters away.

On Nut is a good area, close enough to the center without feeling peripheral. There are lots of tourists and expats, so it’s fairly easy to find someone who speaks English, and many locals speak it well too. I had no trouble at McDonald's or Lotus supermarket, and an English-speaking seller at 7-Eleven explained everything I needed in detail. The district works well for a first Bangkok visit, since some prestigious central areas have fewer foreigners and can be harder for tourists. This condo is in a very convenient spot, right by On Nut BTS and two large malls, Lotus Sukhumvit and Century, opposite each other. Both have McDonald's restaurants open 24/7. There’s a 7-Eleven at the building entrance, plus plenty of other eateries and shops, including street food vendors. A Big C supermarket is a little farther away but still an easy walk. Buses are another good option, fast and affordable, with a stop by the BTS. The building is comfortable and well maintained, with a pool I didn’t visit. My condo was compact but fully functional. Most of the other guests I noticed were Chinese, while the nearby Ramada Residence, a few minutes away, seemed to have more tourists from different countries. It’s farther from the BTS and more expensive, though. The price to value balance mattered to me when choosing this condo. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to other guests.
