Seasons Siam Hotel

The staff were polite and very helpful, and breakfast was really good. There's no swimming pool, but the room was lovely, with well-arranged, well-kept amenities. Several small shopping markets nearby make the location very convenient.

The housekeeping staff were nice and security was friendly. That was the only good part of the stay for me. Reception was terrible, with an unprofessional attitude and very poor service. I felt ignored and unwelcome. The room was old, badly maintained, and smelled strongly. The hotel seems mainly designed for Indian guests, which may not work for everyone. Hygiene was the worst issue: cockroaches were on the bed, in the bathroom, and around the room. Disgusting and unacceptable for the price. I regret spending so much money here, won't return, and strongly don't recommend it.

My dad and I stayed here for a rugby tour, and room 406 was perfect for us. It had a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, and breakfast was free and good. There was no lunch or dinner, but that worked out well since Dad took me to a restaurant for dinner throughout the trip. I do wish there had been a pool. Also, keep an eye out for the random service lady who keeps asking little kids for 500 baht.

Food was easy to find, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. Getting there was another matter. The hotel isn't very close to the metro, and road work made it hard to haul big luggage. Traffic was so bad that even Grab drivers refused to pick up or drop off at the hotel. I was in street-facing room 802. The front desk called it the quiet room, but I couldn't sleep during my three-day stay. Traffic kept going even at midnight, and the noise left me stressed. I won't come back.
