I visited all the condos in this area looking to rent. This one wasn’t a good choice for me. It’s close to MRT, with a convenience store and coffee shop on the first floor, but other condos aren’t very different and are far too. The room was in good condition, but there was a smell that seemed to come from the drain and from rooms nobody was in. The agent wouldn’t negotiate on rent. The layout also made the room feel small and tight. The agent only showed me a one-bedroom at 18,000B per month. I could get a new one from Life Asoke condo across the main road, with better public space, or find better prices and more reasonable room conditions elsewhere. The location is good and it’s convenient for buying things, but the layout isn’t good and it’s expensive compared with nearby condos.

A good place to live, with useful shared spaces including a fitness room, library, activities room and swimming pool. There’s also a coffee shop, Amazon and Max Value convenience stores downstairs.

I expected more from Ananda condos. It’s very disappointing. Owners, especially those overseas, should be careful with the juristic office here. They’ve asked me to pay common fees from a few years ago even though I already paid, and they don’t seem to keep records or track payments. They also don’t consistently send reminders or emails about the annual common fee.

These are fancy condos with a really cool rooftop garden. They’re easy to find and well located near shopping malls, a 24-hour convenience store, a metro station and a public transport hub.
