The place is about a six-minute walk from the BTS and roughly 15 minutes from the express boat. Breakfast may look small, but it’s delicious and enough. My room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and all the staff were friendly and very polite. I loved how beautiful everything was, from the decorations and plants to the cute little dogs. If you want a memorable hotel in Bangkok, this one’s for you.

The owners were friendly when they eventually showed up, and I appreciated their offer to drive me toward the nearest mall. Still, I’d planned to stay three days and left after just one night. When I arrived, nobody was there to check me in, even though I’d told them my arrival time. The room was okay, but there’s little nearby unless you walk to the BTS; a few local eateries close in the evening. The downstairs area mostly looked like a pile of junk, and I didn’t see the attractions other guests mentioned. The next morning there was nobody around again, and no sign of breakfast. Eventually I had to leave my key and some cash on a table and go.

A lovely, cozy little guest house with an eclectic look. The rooms are nice and well appointed, and breakfast is fantastic. There’s also a cat who’s a bit aloof but friendly.
