8/10
The location is excellent, close to everything, though you have to get past a crowded main intersection. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean apart from stains on the bed, but when I called, they immediately sent a maid to change everything and apologized a lot. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing impressed me most. Even near one of BKK's busiest streets, we slept without trouble. The views were okay. The pool was clean, lovely, and had great views, and the gym was decent. They should have a proper shower instead of only a handheld one.

The room was really comfortable, with an amazing bed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Jasmine City hotel. Its location is great for shopping, though it's a little far from the temples.

The place is decent, friends. I've never had a problem there, though I'm not Thai, so I can't say why some people are unhappy. It's near soi cowboy, so it's meant to get loud sometimes. People vary: some guests are friendly and some are rude, just like the staff. The newer staff are doing their best. I had a nice chat about flowers with an old chinese lady. The location is good, too. There was a paper notice about the power outage, so the claim in another review that nobody was notified isn't true.

The food was a real highlight. Every menu item was excellent, from authentic Thai dishes to well-made international options. I'd highly recommend going for the à la carte dining. The hotel also has clean, spacious rooms.

The area is great, with most things close by, and the price was reasonable. I just wrapped up five days at Jasmine Hotel in a superior one bed suite. It was roomy, very clean, and had a nice view. Highly recommend.
