There are plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel is close to the BTS station. The room was clean, with a smart TV that had YouTube and Netflix, though you need to log in with your own accounts. On the second floor there’s a self-service laundry room, which was very convenient. Complimentary tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day.

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The location was handy, near the BTS, a 7-Eleven, and a supermarket. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the AC worked well, and hot water was steady. There was also a TV with Netflix and a comfy sofa. The pool is on the ground floor, with another pool on the rooftop of a different building. There are smoking areas, a laundry room on the second floor, and free coffee, chocolate, and tea all day and night. Staff were nice and always on duty. Breakfast was what we looked forward to most. The egg station team always impressed us, and the coffee was excellent. There was a good spread of fruit, cheese, bread, and other food. The breakfast staff were attentive and always smiling. Thanks to the whole team, three kitchen staff and three service staff, for taking care of every guest so consistently.

The service is at a good level, though the interior and furnishings are showing their age. I reported the AC problems I was having, and I think those could be fixed easily and cheaply for future guests. With prices rising everywhere these days, I mostly wish the hotel cost less. At a lower price, this place would be a real hit.

I stayed for almost 10 days because of the crisis in the Middle East, and I enjoyed my time there. I’d go back. The staff were amazing, always helpful and smiling, and I couldn’t ask for more from them. I stayed in four different rooms. Three were good, but one was a bit disappointing compared with the others, which is why the rooms didn’t get five stars. The facilities are simple, and at the price I paid I had no complaints. But when the rate starts getting close to £70 a night, it’s competing with chain hotels, and the facilities and service aren’t quite there yet.
