It’s very cheap, so the somewhat hard beds were understandable for the price. There was a bad smell in the room.

The place was very dirty, and I believe items were stolen. A terrible experience.
I was staying here for a concert at Rajamangala National Stadium, and the location worked really well. Rajamangala Stadium is within walking distance, so getting back late after the show wasn’t a worry. There’s also a 7-Eleven at the entrance to the alley. The room was good value and not too expensive, with soap and towels provided. A tip for anyone staying: the room may smell musty, so open the louvered windows as soon as you get in to air it out. There’s no tissue paper, so bring your own. It wasn’t very soundproof, but that was fine for somewhere to sleep after a concert. What I appreciated most was the attentive service. Staff even knocked to tell us we’d left our keys outside, which put us at ease.
There’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance to the soi, and the accommodation is in Soi 43, directly across from the university. The room is fine and roomy, with air conditioning, a wardrobe, desk, TV, and a window. The bed can fit two, though I think the space suits one person better. The shower pressure is really strong.
The caretaker was friendly and lovely. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I felt it was good value. Rajamangala is about a kilometer away on foot.
