The location made getting around easy, right by the main road and a short walk from the BTS. Still, as soon as we entered the lobby, there was an unpleasant smell. We asked to see our room before checking in. It had no windows, the air felt heavy, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and dampness. With the low ceiling, the small space felt even more cramped. We cancelled the reservation but couldn't get a refund. Check carefully whether your booking is refundable. The hotel's policy clearly says all bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if you ask Booking.com for support. This may not suit people who are very sensitive to cleanliness or uncomfortable in enclosed spaces. I feel genuinely sorry for myself, my friends, and the guests before us who went through the same issues. Everything I've written here is true.

I felt suffocated here and would never come back. The room had no window or air circulation, a low ceiling, and mold in the room, bathroom, and ceiling. There was so much mold that I got sick. It was full of bugs, including cockroaches, a spider, and other bugs I can't name. The walls were paper thin, and people rented rooms by the hour, so it didn't feel family friendly. The Indian-looking guy who used to work nights was creepy, possibly Burmese. He constantly gave me dirty looks and slept on the lobby couch during his shifts. Don't stay here unless you have no other options.

The location is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. My check-in was at 2pm, but the room wasn't ready until 3:30. The hallway smelled like a public toilet, my room's toilet door wouldn't close properly, and the sheets they gave me weren't good. There was noisy construction during the day.

Please read this before booking. I reserved two nights, June 21-23, through agoda and paid online. When I arrived on June 21 to check in, I showed the receptionist my confirmation ID and reservation, but was told the booking had been cancelled. I said I hadn't cancelled and showed my payment slips. They took no responsibility, told me to figure it out myself, and I never got a full refund. I waited a week and still heard nothing. I didn't want to write a bad review, but they didn't care about the inconvenience this caused me. I no longer recommend this hotel.
