Getting around on foot was easy, with attractions nearby and the MRT blue line within reach. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating. They left fresh water bottles whenever they turned over our room. The hotel also arranged a taxi at a good price. One caution about the driver they recommended: he speeds a lot. We were bouncing off the road bumps enough to feel slightly airborne, and our stomachs were sinking. Apart from that ride, everything was great and as expected.

We stayed five nights with my husband for 260USD (~15,315PHP), booked through Agoda. Super sulit. The photos on Agoda were accurate, and our room had a king-size bed, room to open our luggage, a long desk, mini fridge and two sofas. The bathroom was very clean and had a bidet. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. They replenished tissue, water and coffee daily, leaving them in a basket outside because we had the do not disturb sign up. We arrived at 5AM and self checked in using clear instructions the host sent through Agoda and WhatsApp. We were in Room 204, reached by stairs, as there’s no elevator. Rooms 101-106 are on the ground floor, which could suit seniors or wheelchair users who have trouble with stairs. Staff were very kind and helped us get our keycards back after reception hours when we’d forgotten them, which we really appreciated. The one hassle, as shown in the last photo, is having to leave your shoes at reception. That wasn’t convenient after a long day of shopping or when heading out early.

The photos are heavily filtered and make the place look better than it does in person. The room feels more like a motel or a cheap rental, down to the details. Service was okay. You have to take your shoes off when you enter, then use slippers that aren’t personal or disinfected. Once we realized they were shared, we walked around in socks instead, and our feet hurt.

K Home Asok is in a great spot, where the Blue and Green lines meet and connect to the main attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect. I’d highly recommend staying here.
