The staff are lovely. They clean the room regularly, replace the towels and provide bottled water. Its location in the heart of Pratunam market is handy for shopping, though it's far from the train station. The streets are narrow, so cars have a hard time getting in and out smoothly. Our triple deluxe room was small and had no slippers, but those were minor issues next to the lack of space for everyday things. There was only one outlet with two sockets for three people, and it was far from the bed, making charging devices and using electrical tools a pain. There was no vanity table, mirror, full-length mirror or table for bags.

The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels and toiletries, and refilled water. The aircon was very cold even at its lowest setting, while the hot shower stayed steady and had great pressure. I also appreciated having an elevator to the upper floors, since many nearby hotels don't have one. For shopping, this spot is convenient: Platinum Mall and December’s are walkable, and CentralWorld, Siam Paragon and Siam Square are about a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. They can arrange a taxi charter for a day tour, and there's complimentary coffee too. I'll definitely stay again.

My partner and I spent 3 days here and had a nice stay. The hotel is affordable and in a great spot for Bangkok city attractions. Highly recommend.

A heads-up about getting around: one exit opens onto a market, so the roads there are busy, and the other comes out on a road under construction. Traffic jams are common, though that's not the hotel's fault.
