Service was great, and the hotel is close to the train. The room was good and had quality linens. I hadn't realized when booking that they have windowless rooms. Also, if your room is near the bar, you can hear it thumping all night. There was a slight damp smell, probably because the room doesn't get aired out often, though it wasn't terrible. The bed was very firm, but manageable after a long day. Thank you.

The pool is nice and shallow enough for kids, and the location is great and very quiet. I stayed four nights. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in, when they offered snacks and water, right through to checkout. The rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast was the one inconvenience for me, since there weren't many choices.

The staff are kind, and the location is ideal. Rooms in the buildings beyond the first one are tiny, though that's okay if you don't plan to spend much time in them. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels, but didn't clean the floors or replace the bedsheets during my stay. The pool was really cold. Breakfast was good and had options. Overall, it was good.

The photos gave us the wrong idea, and this is a low-budget hotel, not a high-end boutique one. The hall carpets were dirty, the buildings and rooms were generally small and old, and there was an unpleasant smell. Our room faced the sun and got extremely hot in the afternoon. The AC wasn't strong enough, and there were no blackout or even dark curtains. We had booked four nights but left without staying even one, finding another hotel because the room and amenities weren't what we expected. It might suit someone on a budget for just 1 or 2 nights.
