The Riche Boutique Hotel (SHA PLUS+)

I called to ask about overnight parking after seeing some positive social media reviews. I only wanted information, but the man on the phone wasn't attentive or helpful. He spoke disrespectfully, told me to contact them on Line instead, then hung up while I was still talking. I wouldn't recommend staying here or using the facilities. The male staff need proper customer service training.

They said there was Wi-Fi, but there was no internet connection. I waited four hours for the network problem to be fixed, with no luck, then checked out and got no money back. It was their issue, yet they still refused a refund. Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend.

The location is great, near lots of restaurants and North Park. Inside, the room is on the small side but nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed that's neither too hard nor too soft. The air conditioner looks small but cools the room well. Cleanliness was average, and breakfast was nothing to expect much from. One thing that made me uneasy was the elevator in the front building. It's noisy going both up and down, and when I checked the posted maintenance record, it hadn't been serviced in over a year. The hotel should have a technician look at it. 😅😅

The gym was well equipped and comfortable to use, and the place had a relaxing feel. Staff were friendly, communicative and ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and being about 15 minutes from the airport was a real plus. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste or slippers provided. The room's design felt homey, though not as elegant as I expected from a four-star hotel. A nice stay, with a few things that could be improved.
