I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The reception wasn’t very responsive or supportive, and the room cleaning wasn’t up to standard. The TV didn’t work, and the air conditioner struggled. The fridge worked, but there was no oven or other way to heat anything. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and only one litre of water was free. Extra water cost almost three times as much. There’s no kitchen, so there’s no breakfast, either complimentary or available to order. You have to go out for breakfast and other meals. The rooftop restaurant opens at 6.00pm and has limited choices. They also require advance payment and a 500 baht security deposit. The place is poor quality, with neither high-level service nor a sophisticated atmosphere.

There was a fire at this hotel, and people died there. Service was very poor. It took 10 days to get the faulty bath hot-water system checked. I paid for a month but left after two weeks, and they didn’t refund the difference. They charged 8,000b for two weeks of electricity, water, and cleaning, although we were away for both weekends and were there for only 10 days. You have to pay three months’ rent in advance and sign a contract that makes you liable for all damage. The hotel is about 300 meters from the main road. It’s been renovated, but the work was very poorly done. Don’t go here. The service and value are very, very poor.

The rooftop restaurant and bar have amazing food and views, and the rooms are fantastic. Even the small bathtub was nice and clean. I loved the ambience and fragrance, and the staff were helpful. It’s an easy 2-3 minute walk to groceries, 7 eleven, and BTS. This hotel made some memorable moments for me and my Thai girlfriend. Worth considering even on a limited budget.

We only stayed about four hours while waiting for our flight to ChiangMai. Staff were friendly, and the place was clean, but it felt pricey compared with other places we stayed in Thailand. The light and AC switches are next to each other, so I hit the wrong one and had no AC until we were ready to leave. Watch out for that.

The reception ladies were friendly, and the hotel was good for our one-night stop before a flight from Don Mueng the next day. It’s close to the airport, which suited us well. I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay, though, since it’s far from major attractions.
