For the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle, with Platinum Mall nearby for low-end shopping and CentralWorld about 500m away. I stayed four nights. The staff’s English is satisfactory, and I’d highly recommend it if English is the only foreign language you speak.

The bed kept making us itchy, even after we asked housekeeping to replace the sheets and linen. We felt like we had a lot of insect bites. The pillows were also bulky and hard, and I think they need new mattresses and pillows if they want guests to be comfortable. The Wi-Fi was poor, and breakfast wasn’t good. The fruit wasn’t fresh, and the dining area was dirty, with a street cafeteria kind of feel, not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. It looks like the place used to be a mall and was renovated, since there’s an escalator inside. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to travelers.

The service was great during our one-night stay, and the breakfast had lots of choices: fresh fruit, rice, kwetiaw, milk, juices, coffee, porridge, soup, potatoes, drinking water, and bread. There’s a 7eleven nearby too. I do wish guests needed a card to use the elevator, so people who aren’t staying at the hotel couldn’t access it.

I booked four nights in April 2015, but left within two hours. The staff’s behavior was poor, the smell was terrible, and nothing in the bathroom worked. When I asked Front Office Manager Mr. Pramote Wongrat to send someone to fix the tap because I couldn’t shower, he said he wouldn’t send anyone to repair it and would send staff to teach me how to use a broken tap instead. I was shocked. Mr. Pramote Wongrat was extremely rude and behaved inappropriately. This is not a 4-star hotel, and I’d give it less than one star. Make sure you don’t stay here.
