I rarely leave reviews, but I really liked this place. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable. It's a quiet spot in a more local area with fewer tourists, while still being fairly close to everything. A bit of peace and quiet is a real bonus in Bangkok.

We came back to Sunset for a second year, and it felt like returning to another home. The room was immaculate, and the service and cleanliness were once again better than we expected. PJ, his wife, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Sunset Residence is in a great spot for seeing everyday local life in a big city. Thanks to all of you.

Tucked down a residential alley off a fairly quiet street, the place was wonderfully peaceful for a city stay. It's handy for several supermarkets, a great massage parlour, and other amenities. The air conditioning was probably the best I've had on this trip, and the owner and staff were friendly and attentive. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel is a little farther from many of the usual tourist sights, but I thought the stay was worth it. The owner was really sweet and accommodating, letting us check out late because we had a late flight. Our room was quite large and clean, with a fridge and TV. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower was lovely, with warm water and very good pressure.

We’re the family from France with a son. We really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was away from Bangkok's noise. Indy market is very close and so good. The hotel is well located, and everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks a lot.
