The market is nearby, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, especially the male staff member. I’m not sure if he’s a guard or has another role, but he was extremely kind, polite, efficient, and helpful. He’s the most helpful person I met during my time as a tourist, and he does his job exceptionally well. This place suits a longer stay in Bangkok, and I’ll definitely come back. We were there with a BABY, and the room became hot and stuffy at night. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling at all, and water was already dripping and spraying toward the bed when we arrived. Even the hallway felt cooler, so we couldn’t rest properly. We reported it and a technician came quickly, but said there was a freon leak and it could only be fixed the next day, after we checked out. The hotel couldn’t offer another room or compensation. A hot room with a leaking AC felt unsafe and unacceptable for our baby. It’s a shame because the staff, receptionist, and security were all friendly, polite, and helpful. The service was quick and responsive, and the room initially looked clean, tidy, and comfortable. But the maintenance was very poor, and for the price, the stay wasn’t worth it. We were lucky to stay only one night. I hope the hotel improves its room checks, especially for families with children.

The room was on the small side, but it was clean, and the man who greeted us was really nice. The location is great for shopping, with a night market nearby selling everything from clothes to accessories. Platinum Fashion mall and central world are also close enough to walk to, so we didn’t need grab or BTS.

Bring your own sheets, the bed had bed bugs. I stayed one night and was so itchy that I had to check out and find another hotel. I’d booked four nights, so I wasted my money. It’s also not near BTS. The walk to Chit Lon takes 15 minutes, and the road is uneven, so watch your step, especially with luggage.
