I stayed one night and really enjoyed the room. The location made it easy to get around, and the pool and gym were both nice.

The walls are already coming apart in this newly built place, and water is dripping through the walls inside the condos. How are owners supposed to invest here if management doesn’t assess problems carefully? The pool was first announced as closed for 24 hours, then they messed it up and said the work wouldn’t be done for two months. They’ve also done this before holidays. Whoever manages this place needs to resign immediately. The men’s bathroom constantly smells like a sewer. From now on, management needs to be smart and hire people who know what they’re doing.

I’ve been living here for 10 months and haven’t had any major issues. The management office does a good job keeping residents informed about news and problems, though workmanship in some areas could be better. I think it’s a good place to live or invest. This is a five-tower, eight-floor condo complex. Tower E has Vibe cafe, which serves delicious plant-based food. Thong Lo BTS is about 900 meters away, a 10-15 minute walk, and there’s a free shuttle to the station every 30 minutes. A 7-11, several restaurants, a Muay Thai gym, laundry service, and Me Thai cafe are all a 3-5 minute walk away. There’s plenty of regular parking downstairs, plus an automated parking system. The pool sits in the middle of the towers, so other residents can see you swimming, but it’s a nice size and well maintained. The gym is a decent size with various equipment, and there’s a sauna too. A heads-up for anyone considering a short-term rental: these condos don’t allow them. The main entrance uses fingerprint access, and keycards are needed for the other areas. The elevators require a keycard in either direction. I’ve seen short-term guests inconvenienced by this, including groups of three or more sharing a single card. The office can officially evict guests if it finds out, and the owners know about the policy.

I had a great visit with my son, who lives at VTARA36. The security guards were helpful and watchful, and the place has every convenience, including a gym and a huge pool surrounded by lush landscaping. It feels like a little paradise, even though you’re in Bangkok’s trendy Sukhumvit District. Modern shops, bars, and restaurants are all an easy walk away.
