Mercure Bangkok Siam

MBK and National Stadium BTS are both very close to Mecure Bangkok Siam, making it easy to reach other shopping malls. My family and I stayed in two connecting rooms for the first time at this location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also had the hotel breakfast buffet throughout our 6 day stay for an affordable extra charge. The staff were welcoming, especially Dej and Nhui, who helped carry all our bags to and from the car. I’d recommend it if location is a priority.

The view from my upgraded Deluxe King on the 27th Floor was the best part, a full 100 points. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped, with fruit and a personal welcome letter waiting for me. Khun Manthana P. (Proud), the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, emailed before my arrival to explain my member benefits and arrange the upgrade, early check-in, and late check-out. That made the stay relaxing, and the male check-in staff was very helpful too. The Fitness Center and Pool are on the rooftop, with an even clearer view of the city. The hotel is right in the heart of Bangkok, with the BTS directly in front and MBK, Siam Discovery, and Siam Paragon within easy walking distance. There’s a 7-11 on the Ground floor and complimentary parking for in-house guests. Stunning views, great service, and a location that’s hard to beat. I’ll be back.

We’ve stayed at Mercure Bangkok Siam on our Bangkok trips and will return next time. It’s downtown, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and the city view from our room was splendid. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was superb, and both the restaurant and service were excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and there’s a swimming pool on the top floor. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it.

The pillows were especially comfortable, and the hotel’s right next to BTS National Stadium, so getting around was easy. Breakfast had a good mix of local Thai and international dishes. Joke, Nhui, and the rest of the team gave us a warm welcome and were helpful with taxi bookings and suggestions for places to visit. The concierge and front office also handled our room change smoothly. They couldn’t provide connecting rooms on the first day, but helped us switch the next day without any hassle. We had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
