The staff were fantastic. They accommodated an early check-in and late checkout, and when I left some things behind, they kept them at the lobby for me to collect. I really appreciated that. For getting around, BTS Phrom Phong station is walkable, and The Emporium and EmQuartier are nearby. EmSphere takes a bit more walking, but I recommend it for food. The shuttle can get stuck in traffic and take an hour, while the walk is about 10 minutes. A 7-Eleven at the entrance is handy for snacks and drinks. The lobby has comfortable seats while you wait for your room. The rooftop pool and bar are small, but fine for relaxing for an hour; the fitness centre felt too small to enjoy. My room had an industrial feel, an open layout with plenty of hangers, and enough space to open a large suitcase. The toilet was clean, with face, hand, and bath towels provided. The bed was semi-firm, though the pillow wasn't great. There were festive lights and stalls in the open field at the entrance for the Christmas event, a nice place to sit and have snacks. This is an affordable option for a short Bangkok stay.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and getting in and out by car or Grab taxi was easy. The location is handy for food, shopping, massages, and medi clinics, with a 7/11 on the ground floor and the BTS about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was tasty, with different options each day. If you'd like bacon, you have to order it from the staff. The team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

I slept really well, which I badly needed, though the rate was on the high side when I booked. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and I loved the cafe by the entrance. It feels like a travelers' hotel in a well-connected area, with simple, modern decor. The neighborhood is nice, and I'd like to stay again. The soaps were a bit harsh on my skin, and the toothbrush bristles were very sharp. I didn't try the restaurant or bar because I was watching my weight, though the menu was tempting. There's also a co-working space with interesting books.

The location is excellent, with a 7-11 on the G floor, food and massage places within a minute or two, and the BTS about a three-minute walk away. Breakfast had a good spread, including vegan and vegetarian choices, and the menu changed a little each day. There wasn't an egg station, which I found a bit cumbersome. Eggs are made to order by filling in a slip at the table, and it took around 10-15 minutes. I didn't like the see-through bathroom window because the room gets too bright at night if the bathroom light is left on. Housekeeping did the bare minimum: they left old towels when bringing new ones, sometimes supplied a hand towel without a face towel or vice versa, and didn't put away the ironing board and iron. There are USB charging ports on both sides of the bed; upgrading them to Type-C would be good. I was a bit disappointed that nobody was at the door to help with my luggage when I arrived. The concierge staff were generally polite and friendly. Worth trying.
