It's the people who make this hotel such a lovely place to stay. The kitchen team have been patient, attentive, and provided excellent service, while reception are always smiling, professional, and ready to help. From the entrance onward, the welcome feels genuinely warm. A special thank you to Noom, who checks in on me whenever I arrive or leave. I really appreciate that kindness and care, and the wonderful hospitality from the whole team.

We spent five nights here and would happily stay again on our next Bangkok visit. The room remained clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the team made sure our requests were handled promptly. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Nan deserves a special mention: he helped with our luggage and went out of his way to arrange our ride to the airport, making departure smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality.

The room itself was clean and decent, and the shampoo, body wash, and other amenities were good quality. The daytime reception staff at checkout were also polite and friendly. But my three-night stay was largely spoiled by how the night front desk staff handled a noise problem. I checked in at 3 AM exhausted and was put in a street-facing room. I'm a light sleeper, so I immediately asked for a quieter room. They said the hotel was full and promised to contact me the next day about changing rooms. Nobody followed up. When I returned to the desk that evening, I offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but was again told there were no rooms. The two women on night duty were arrogant and sarcastic in tone. One rolled her eyes and kept making excuses, and I felt they showed obvious impatience and disrespect. They told me I'd booked the cheapest room type and that all budget rooms face the street, then lectured me to avoid booking one next time. The booking page hadn't clearly said the room faced the street or had heavy traffic noise, so I felt the hotel had failed to warn guests and was putting the responsibility on me instead of addressing the issue. I stayed polite, but the desk was firm and unreasonable. Their only suggestion was the hotel's poor-quality earplugs, which didn't block the traffic, so I bought better ones myself to get some sleep. They eventually said they could arrange a room change, but by then I was too frustrated to deal with them further. It felt like I was begging over a simple room issue, even though I'd offered to pay more. For anyone who sleeps lightly or needs a quiet room, I'd avoid the basic room type here. The room was clean and the amenities fine, and daytime service was acceptable, but my experience with the night staff was rude, dismissive, and full of excuses. I can't recommend staying here.

The rooftop bar and location are both fantastic, and the service made me feel completely at ease. There's no pool, and breakfast is only average, but I'd still give the hotel five stars. I'll definitely be back.

It was a comfortable, straightforward stay, and the location made it easy for me to get taxis or walk to different places. Coming here for work was very convenient. I enjoyed the upstairs restaurant and the view of the high-rise buildings. Breakfast was nice, simple, and suited me well.
