The rooms are basic but clean, with a nice view over the pool and city. Staff were helpful, and it’s a great spot for food and the airport. Getting to major areas like Rajadamnern, Khao San, and Grand Palace takes about 45 minutes to an hour by Grab or Bolt. One warning: the hotel won’t contact you on WhatsApp, so don’t be fooled by scammers. I’d stay again if I were in the area.

For a business trip, this seems like an ideal place to stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable, and the service excellent. Food was good, and the staff were professional and attentive. I stayed one night at Mii Hotel Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

At checkout, housekeeping said the towels in our children’s room were stained with shampoo and couldn’t be cleaned. We were charged the full replacement cost for several towels, nearly the price of two nights’ accommodation. We took them to a laundromat the next day, washed them with ordinary detergent and no bleach, and the stains came right out. My wife returned them clean and unstained and asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. We had asked when booking to have our two rooms together, for October 1-4, 2025. If that wasn’t possible, the hotel could have told us and avoided that disappointment. Instead, we paid extra just to have our teenage children placed in a room in the same building as ours. Both rooms were extremely cramped, and there was clear mould along the bathroom tile grout. The safe wasn’t secured to anything and was so light it could easily be lifted out. Breakfast was included, but it wasn’t worth the cost. The food tasted like leftovers from the day before, the eggs were cold, and there wasn’t much choice. From the extra charges and room condition to the way this simple towel issue was handled, it was a poor stay. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

I stayed a few days because I needed to be near the airport, but at €100 a night this felt overpriced and misleading, like a scam. They also take a deposit and return it a month later. For a place on the outskirts at this price, I expected something decent, but the room was extremely basic and, to me, barely two-star accommodation. I don’t know who gave it its stars. The drain was blocked, there was no coffee machine, and the equipment looked like it came from the 1980s or earlier. The view from the room felt more like a prison than a hotel. Staff barely spoke English, weren’t welcoming, and showed no interest in solving problems. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose it. A total disappointment.
