My Condo

I’ve been staying here for a week, so I haven’t had much experience yet, but it’s comfortable. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby where you can get all kinds of food. The security staff are polite and kind.

A peaceful, nice condominium with a very good management team. There’s no green space, unfortunately, and the gym is small.

I booked this condo for one night, but when I arrived, nobody seemed to know about the booking. The desk in the car park had no record of me and sent me to the office, where I was told I had no booking. I smelled alcohol on the staff member’s breath. They charged my card but refused to give me a room. Four or five security guards also said I wasn’t booked, even after I showed them my Booking.com email. The office person repeated that I had no booking and didn’t seem to care. I’ve informed the police. My understanding is that a landlord rents out a condo to a tenant, who then sublets it to customers for money. That’s completely illegal, and these operators need to be shut down for Thailand’s tourism to succeed. Condos are for one, six, or twelve-month contracts, not one-night stays. There’s a desk in the car park, and the room I booked was 114. Don’t book this place. They’re criminals and thieves. Book a real hotel.

The condo is in a seven-floor building, about five minutes from On Nut BTS. There’s a gym and a shared washing machine.
