Neveu Premier Residence : Ratchada

We were touched by how understanding and generous the hosts were. I’d happily recommend this place and appreciate the help they gave us. I had booked an apartment for my family, but personal concerns came up and we asked to cancel. The policy said cancellations weren’t allowed, yet the hosts were flexible and kind about it. That sort of empathy and care is rare, and the place feels dependable and committed to its guests. Thank you again for the support.

Our group of friends were very happy with the stay in Thailand. The place was clean and well cared for, with strong water pressure, and they even had umbrellas for guests. The ground-floor toilet is tiny, and one of the floors upstairs is very small too. The host was especially helpful. They communicate quite well in English and arranged transport to and from the airport. They also let us store our luggage before check-in and after checkout, and kept checking that we had what we needed. They run Cafe Milieu across the road, and the coffee and food there were pretty amazing.

A clean, comfortable homestay with a fully equipped kitchen and good WiFi. Check-in and checkout were easy. The only hassle was getting heavy, bulky bags up the stairs, especially to the 3rd storey.

It felt lived in, in a good way. The building seems a little old, but that wasn’t an issue. The rooms were clean and nice, and it’s in an urban area near public transport.
