Nice Hotel Ratchada

The reception staff were incredibly rude and hostile. The hotel seems to have no interest in its guests.

Fairly priced.

There was a cigarette and marijuana smell in the room every day, and people smoked in the elevator too. At night I heard noise from other rooms, including door knocking and sometimes arguments in the hallway. Mornings brought frequent renovation noise, with drills and nails. The room itself was generally okay, but the water was boiling hot during the day and ice cold at night.

The hotel was old, and cleanliness was a serious problem. I found lice on the bed and woke in the middle of the night feeling intensely itchy all over. Later, red spots appeared on my hands and feet. I chose it because of the high reviews, but they weren’t reliable.
