The only thing that took away from the room was the remote for the lights, aircon, and TV. It felt worn, and a few buttons didn’t work properly. The room itself was spotless and nicely appointed. I was glad to return after two years. The staff were helpful, and the cleaning team were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. The location is great for getting around, near Grand Sukhumvit, bars, restaurants, malls, taxis, and the sky train. Thanks to everyone at the Amora. It’s a great hotel, and I’ll stay here whenever I come to Bangkok.

The room was spacious and clean, and everyone on staff was extremely helpful, especially Khun Ning, Khun Oily and Khun Mimi at reception. Amora Neoluxe Suite is in a great spot in the heart of Bangkok, just a few minutes’ walk from the sky train stations and malls. We had a great trip here and will come back. Highly recommend it!

I stayed for a few nights and left two items behind. When I called a few hours after checkout, the hotel had both. But when I came back a few days later, they could only find one. I had to return the next day, and then the second container turned up, but its contents were gone. Someone had opened it and taken what was inside. I shouldn’t have forgotten my things, but staff shouldn’t open guests’ belongings or take or throw away what’s in them. Be careful and lock up your valuables if you stay here.

It’s a cost-effective hotel with friendly staff, though the facilities feel a little underdeveloped. Walking to the BTS Station isn’t difficult, but there aren’t many affordable places to eat nearby.
