The Rest is for monthly stays only, with no daily rates. It’s on Prachachuen main road, and has clean rooms with soundproofing. There’s a 7-Eleven out front, plus several food carts in the evenings. The building also has motorcycle and car parking, an elevator, and a security guard every night. The managers are kind, people in the building are lovely, and there’s no noise disturbance. Rooms fill quickly, so interested renters should call to check availability.

I was trying to relax on my day off, but the staff’s very loud talking and music woke me up. They were shouting and showed no consideration for anyone else. They should do something about it. This isn’t a street market anymore.

The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven right outside and a short walk to the Government Savings Bank. Food at the restaurant next door is very affordable. The apartment itself is beautiful and really clean. Excellent!
