The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast had a few delicious vegetarian options. For a luxury stay near Phaya Thai station, everything in the room felt above par. The cold A/C almost goes without saying at this level, and the small issues didn’t take away from a positive experience. I did hear voices from the next room just before sleep, and the building could use better soundproofing. Furniture felt pads under chair legs and acoustic sealants could help with noise. The door lock also needs attention, either changing the mechanism or lubricating it regularly. As it is, the door has to be slammed shut, which is common but usually an easy fix. Taking care of these details would encourage repeat visits. Thank you.

We slept well for all three nights. The room was spacious and fairly quiet despite being close to the BTS. The pool was lovely for kids, and breakfast was tasty, even though there weren’t many choices. The location is great, very close to Phaya Thai BTS and the rail link.

The Thai food at breakfast was the real standout for me. The soups, rice, noodles, vegetables, and cooked proteins were phenomenal, and you could really taste the chef's care. There were Western staples too, including eggs, fruit, salad, and bread. We stayed four nights in quiet, modern rooms with comfortable beds, and the location made getting to BTS trains and plenty of shopping easy.

The BTS station nearby is the one real advantage. Beyond that, the pool is very small and there aren't other facilities. The public areas have no air conditioning, the hotel scent wasn't pleasant, and breakfast was very basic. For this price, you can find hotels with better facilities and service. It felt like a basic 2-3 star hotel.
