NT Place Sukhumvit Suites

The rates felt very reasonable for the quality, and I'm truly satisfied with my stay at NT Place Sukhumvit Suites. My apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They replied quickly in English, even over WhatsApp. It was convenient for the hospital where my mother had her checkups. Nana (Arab Street) was a bit far, but the place was peaceful and easy to reach. I'd highly recommend NT Place Sukhumvit Suites to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The staff really care and put in a lot of effort to sort out any little issues that come with a large apartment in Bangkok. It's clean, the people are friendly, and it has everything we need. There are also good restaurants and coffee shops or bakeries nearby.

I spent 10 nights here, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional. The place is very clean and works well for a family or group of friends. There was daily cleaning, with drinking water, towels, and other supplies replenished. The front desk is open from 9 to 5, so early check-in isn't possible if you arrive outside those hours. The gym is limited and the equipment is outdated, and there's no pool. They do offer free rides to the sky train station, though it's about a 10-minute walk away. A small restaurant, laundry, and supermarket are nearby.

The room with a view shown in the photo was allegedly what I booked, but when I arrived they said there was no room with a view. I told them I was checking out and asked for a refund because the room had been falsely advertised. Two months later, I still haven't received the money. It looks like they may be a bunch of con artists. You can look at my attached photo and judge for yourself. The place is a bit old and run down, and toilet paper can't be flushed. You have to put it in the bin, so it fills up with feces-ridden paper. I highly recommend staying away.
