The neighborhood made daily life easy, with a laundry shop, mini market, 7-Eleven, restaurants, and little cafes nearby. There was also a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel ran a free shuttle to the nearest BTS station every 30 minutes, and if nobody else was waiting, the driver would take us whenever we asked. The pool was small, but spotless and quiet, a nice place to relax, sunbathe, or scroll on my phone. We stayed with our dog for a whole month, and by the time we left, this cozy place really felt like home. It was the most heartwarming, affordable pet-friendly hotel I’ve stayed at. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious, with a refrigerator, kitchen, and bathtub. Looking out at the trees and flowers each morning lifted my mood. The staff were so thoughtful, even the housekeeper gently comforted my nervous little dog while she cleaned. It was a satisfying stay in Bangkok with our furry friend. If you want somewhere welcoming and reasonably priced, I’d recommend it.

The staff were a bright spot, friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling and ready to assist. The pool, though, was tiny for a hotel this size, with only about four loungers. It was always full, so I never found a spot to relax. Breakfast meant regular waits because the dining area was so small, and sometimes guests were seated with strangers at shared tables without being asked. Housekeeping vacuumed the corridors around 8:00 every morning, which woke me. The air conditioning also didn’t cool much, and even at the lowest setting my room stayed warm. That’s subjective, but I noticed it.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The gym was lovely, and the breakfast was the best we’d had. My only small gripe is that the bed felt too soft for me, since I prefer a firmer mattress. Without that personal preference, I’d give it 10/10!

The tuk tuk to the nearest BTS station was really convenient, and breakfast was great, with good vegetarian choices, including an Indian dish. Staff were responsive, courteous, and spoke good English, which made communication easier. We had an amazing stay.
