The location was a plus, about a seven-minute walk to Sena Nikhom BTS station. Wi-Fi was excellent, and the TV had Netflix and Disney+ installed. But the place was filthy: cockroaches in the common areas, yellow stains on the bedsheets, and dirty floors. Safety was a concern too, with no guardrails on the stairs and the 4th floor stair skirting coming apart. The 4th floor water heater only trickled, one room had no window, the rooms were noisy, and the beds were hard as wooden boards. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good rest during a Bkk holiday.

A friend who lives abroad had stayed here a few times and told me it was one of the best-value options around. Having tried it myself, I agree. It's close to everything but remains quiet, and my room was spotless. The atmosphere felt relaxing, and the staff clearly take pride in looking after the place. It's not luxury, but it is comfortable and clean, and I felt I got more than I paid for. I'd recommend it to travelers looking for a good-value stay.

After a long flight, it was a nice surprise that my room was ready early. Check-in was smooth and took under five minutes, and the staff explained everything clearly without rushing me. I'd recommend it if you're arriving early in the day.

I had a great few nights here. Food, shopping, and attractions were all close by, and the staff were friendly. My room was spotless too. It felt like I got much more than I paid for, and I'll definitely come back.

The front desk quickly brought extra towels when I needed them, and everything I needed was provided. The shower had strong water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the room stayed quiet even though the area was busy.
