My reservation was confirmed, but they cancelled it at reception without warning and offered no further help. OYO's customer service number wasn't working. Agoda did at least give me a satisfactory answer. Avoid this hotel and brand.

Do not book, this place doesn't exist anymore. I don't know who has our money, and nobody answered the phone when we called. We had to ask local people to help us find somewhere to stay that night, or we would've been stranded.

I arrived for my reservation at the arranged 12 am check-in time, but they turned me away because they don't accept foreigners. Wish I'd read the reviews before booking.

The hotel is closed, and it's a bad brand because there's no information anywhere that it's shut.
