Very, very disappointed. There's zero service and no management. The counter staff were extremely rude to clients, and the old lady working at night seemed to be trying to get extra money into her pocket. They don't care about this hotel at all. I ask the CEO to do something. Zero recommendation. Very, very, very disappointed.
