We arrived at Oho Inn, but the card key that was supposed to be there was missing. Luckily, another guest let us in. The owner had already told us that one of his workers was on the way with a key, but he never showed up. We had the room codes, so we went inside, only to find one room in a mess, despite being told the rooms had been cleaned. After waiting three hours and getting no response to our calls, we cancelled the reservation and searched for another hotel in the middle of the night, during a thunderstorm. We were tired and furious. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

For the price, the room was fine and looked welcoming. We had no trouble checking in because the owner sent us the door code through Airbnb. The main door stays open all the time, though, and we ran out of toilet paper. There’s a Seven Eleven around the corner, so that wasn't a big deal. Everything else was as expected.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I booked a night through AIRBNB because I needed somewhere decent to stay before catching a 6 am ticket to Phuket the next morning. It turned into a nightmare, even though the listing had 4,6 stars out of 5 on Airbnb. The access cards were left in a red box outside the building where anyone could pick one up. The main door was always open, and nobody was looking after the place. When I tried my room, someone was already inside and was even more surprised than I was. I called the owner, and she just said something like “try with the room 403,” without even apologizing. Room 403 had no water in the bathroom, and it was obvious someone had been there recently because the room hadn't been cleaned properly. I reported the place on Airbnb. So sad.

No one ever showed up with the key. We waited outside in the rain for three hours and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Completely unreal, and seriously unprofessional.
