The restaurant was a real plus for us, with delicious Indian food and vegetarian options that are handy for international travelers. Staff were friendly, polite and quick to help, and the 24-hour front desk made check-in and getting assistance easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with useful basics like free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plus daily housekeeping. The location is excellent, just a short walk from shopping spots including Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. Residency Hotel Bangkok is comfortable, affordable and well placed. I’d recommend it to other travelers and would love to stay again.

The rooms are clean and good value, and the service is very good. The family room can be a little compromising.

The location was good and the rooms were kinda okay, but there were visible stains on the bedsheets, and they didn’t look changed. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and kept leaking water. We contacted the receptionist, a man, but he offered no real solution. Two staff members were extremely rude, especially one man who spoke in a shockingly disrespectful way. When you’re travelling to relax and enjoy yourself, dealing with that kind of behavior completely ruins the experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It’s not worth your time, money or peace of mind, and there are plenty of better options.

During my weeks in Bangkok I stayed at a few hotels, and this one was easily the cleanest, with the best service. The price was very good for such an ideal location. It’s a great spot.

Everything was very clean and well looked after, which made the stay more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was delicious, freshly served and offered a great variety. I had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
