Terrible stay. I could complain all day, but I'll leave it at this: after years of traveling, only one experience has disgusted me more overall, and that was bed bugs in Jakarta.

The sheets were dirty and hadn't been changed, everything was dusty, and there was no toilet paper. The TV was garbage, the bed was completely unusable, and the headboard was a wardrobe door. There were holes in the ceiling, the tiny balcony and its door were filthy, and the desk had no chair. The wardrobe door was stuck, and bathroom tiles were missing. I could go on. I'm just glad I'm leaving today. In short, don't go!

We booked a room through Agoda because we had an airport transfer, but they said their contract with Agoda had ended two years ago and told us to contact them. Disgusting place. Stay away. Disgusting ghetto!

I arrived with all my travel bags for the room I'd booked on Agoda. The worker told me they no longer had a contract with Agoda.

Do not go! Worst hotel ever. The room was extremely dirty and smelled really bad. There was noise from the electrical cables outside, and homeless people were outside the entrance. Horrible.
