My friends and I were bitten while staying in the same room. I woke up with several bites on my arms, stomach, and chest, then found a live bedbug in my belongings after checking out. I reported it to the staff. They were polite and friendly, and changed the sheets quickly, but fresh sheets don’t fix an infestation. I could still see several bedbugs on the bed. This is a serious sanitation problem that needs professional pest control. The staff were kind and accommodating, but the infestation is a major concern. Future guests should check the mattress and seams carefully before staying.

The staff are awesome, and breakfast is free. The internet connection is great, and there’s laundry service on site. You can use the bathroom for 10Bhat or take a shower for 100Bhat. It’s just outside the main tourist area, with a club on one side and a nice little bar with chill music right next door. ✌️☺️

The staff are really kind and help however they can, and the place is clean. Rooms are pretty small, though they’re comfortable. The main issue is noise at night: the hostel is above a huge nightclub that makes the whole room shake. If you’re going out on Kohsoan Road, it could be perfect. If you want a peaceful night’s sleep before sightseeing, I’d look for another hostel. Choose based on what you’re planning.

I stayed one night after booking through booking dot com. The receptionist was really friendly when I arrived late, showed me the dormitory, and explained everything. The bed was good, the air conditioning worked well, and my bunk had a locker for my things. The shared bathroom was clean and maintained, and I had no trouble using it. The area is crowded, with street vendors and music bars, so I could hear some music, but it wasn’t very loud and stopped around 1:00 am. I’d recommend it for cheap accommodation.

Chittanee and Dah are lovely, and this little hideaway right off Khao San Road is a place I’d happily stay at again. There’s laundry on the property, no key fees, and they have cats 😻 Just an FYI, if you book online, you pay in bhat when you arrive. The balance depends on the currency conversion on the date you book, not the date you arrive. 😁
