The Bedrooms Boutique Hotel

The gym is a big part of why I like this place. The equipment works, there are two treadmills, and the opening hours are great. The room has what you need, including a TV and safe that both work properly, and the beds are comfortable. It’s quiet, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and the location is top notch. For the same facilities in this area, other hotels can easily cost twice as much. This is my new home in Bangkok. Thanks to the whole team, 10/10!

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, a dream after all the hard ones we’d had in Thailand. We had a great stay, and the rooms were good too. The staff were lovely, especially the gentleman downstairs who took care of our bags and the woman at the front desk who helped print our visa letters. Thanks, and see you again!

We left extremely dissatisfied and disappointed after an upsetting check-out incident. We had stayed here several times over the past few years, and things had generally gone well. The staff had been kind to my mother and helped her on a number of occasions, which makes what happened this last time all the harder to understand. Before leaving, we asked if we could leave our luggage at reception briefly while we went to eat. We were told yes, went to the shopping mall about 100 meters away, then came back shortly afterward to call our taxi. A young receptionist then spoke to us loudly and aggressively about a teaspoon missing from one of our two rooms, in front of other people. There was no courtesy or discretion, and no effort to check what had happened first. It felt like a public accusation of theft. I went back to look so we could settle the matter, and found the teaspoon in the trash. Even after that, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, and not even a goodbye. The receptionist ignored us. My mother was exposed and humiliated for no reason, which was the worst part for us. Hotels can check their inventory, but raising your voice at guests and refusing to apologize after an obvious mistake is unacceptable. This seriously harms the establishment’s image. The staff member needs customer service training and immediate correction. We left deeply disappointed.

We spent 5 nights here, and the location made it easy to get to the BTS, food, drinks, the market, and massage places. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and had comfortable beds. We got two free bottles of water every day, and the gym was decent. There’s a restaurant on site, though we didn’t get a chance to try it. Some noise came through, but earplugs did the job. The staff were super nice, and the resident cat was adorable. If you need to use a microwave, just ask, they’ll provide a plate and utensils too if needed. Highly recommend!
