The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam

The location is handy if you’re here to shop, with most malls and markets within walking distance. My room in the North Building was spacious, though it felt more like an apartment unit, and the service was good. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Breakfast was decent, but the selection was limited and about 95% the same on all three mornings. There weren’t many traditional Thai dishes either, and the buffet felt closer to what I’d expect from a 3-4 star hotel. Most guests I saw were Indian, Western, Malaysian, and Singaporean. The stay was okay, but if the hotel claims to be 5-star, there’s room to improve.

Let's Relax Spa is on the hotel’s 10th floor, which made it easy to return to our room and rest after the massage. We also liked the reasonable prices and delicious food from Room Service. The hotel is within walking distance of places to eat and shop, as well as a self laundry area. I could pay an additional amount through the hotel booking website to extend checkout until 6.00pm. "Yo" from Concierge helped bring down our luggage and advised us about arranging hotel transport to the airport. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

From the lobby, we could easily get to McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven, which was handy. The famous Pratunam Night Market is also very close, with cheap shopping and street food. We stayed for 4 nights with my family, and the location worked well for shopping and getting around. The beds were very comfortable, the room amenities were good, and breakfast had lots of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a beautiful city view from the 37th floor. I really enjoyed our stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. Thanks, Berkeley Hotel. Love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. The breakfast was varied and very good, and Pom and Japan made it even nicer each morning with their kindness, professionalism, and great service. The team throughout the hotel was attentive, smiling, caring, and available whenever we needed them. Carl gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and offered very helpful advice, making a great first impression. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for enjoying Bangkok and shopping. We had a very pleasant stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, and I’d recommend it especially for the team.
