You get the basics here, including towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, a fridge, instant coffee, two bottles of water, shampoo, and body wash. There's no hand soap or hair dryer, though, and there's no elevator. I had heavy bags and no staff member was available to help carry them upstairs. The hallway floor has odd slopes in a few places, so be careful. They ask for a 500 baht key deposit and return it at checkout. The room was clean, the staff pleasant, and late-night check-in was possible. Rates are good, and nearby you'll find coffee shops, a restaurant, a nail shop, massage, and laundry. Handy for a clean, cheap stay near the airport.

There was loads of room for luggage, even if I'd brought ten more suitcases, and the room stayed very quiet despite being close to the airport. The kettle with tea and coffee was a nice touch, and the bathroom and shower were clean. Good value.

I booked taxis to the airport both times, and the service was excellent on each stay. The location is handy for the airport and a good deal if you're only there briefly. My first room was dusty, with spider webs on the ceiling, but the room on my second night was cleaner.

For a one-night stop near the airport, it works fine. It's very cheap and basic, clean but a bit shabby, and not somewhere I'd choose for a holiday. There's adequate parking, a nearby coffee shop, and a 7-11 about a ten-minute walk away. The restaurant 'Ruenrimnaam' across Lad Krabang road is good and inexpensive.
