Pearl Residence Serviced Apartment

There was fighting in the parking area every night around midnight, and nobody ever stopped it. The fourth-floor walkway was badly cracked, even along the railing, so walking to and from my room each day felt unsafe. The entrance hall in one building was always dark and full of old broken furniture and junk. There was no coffee, breakfast, or other facility available. My room smelled nauseating when I walked in. The bedding didn’t fit the bed, the furniture was in terrible shape, and the bathroom was awful. You could barely sit on the toilet to shower, and the pipe kept coming off the shower head. There was mould all over the bathroom door frame, dampness had made the walls peel, and some room lightbulbs were missing. The staff weren’t friendly. When I arrived, I was asked to pay again because of a language barrier.

I called three times and got an answer each time, but it was a waste of my call time. On the first call, he listened and then hung up. He hung up again on the second. The third time I was ready to curse him, but he just answered, set the phone down, and said nothing. Really bad.
