Great training in an amazing facility. I couldn't find the program online, so here's what the pro fighter class I booked involved: a light jog, skipping rope, shadow boxing, 3 rounds of 5min pad work, 3 rounds of free bag work, clinch, then light conditioning.

I came to sharpen my Muay Thai and get fitter, and left with more discipline, confidence, and a team that felt like family. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, with trainers and students treating each other respectfully and cheering one another on. The gym is clean, the equipment is solid, and each session has great energy. Ahmad is a world-class trainer, patient and knowledgeable, and still knows how to push you to do your best. The training is structured and intense, whether you're new or already experienced. I’ve trained at gyms all over, and this one really stands out. The accommodations were nice too, and the staff helped a lot. I’ll be back.
