Pinto Hostel

Getting here from BKK airport by ARL was easy, and the hostel is clean, modern, and convenient. The staff are really nice, the beds comfortable, and the AC works well. Laundry service is available. Breakfast is simple, but you can shop and cook if you like, using the fridge and stovetop. Filtered water, coffee, tea, and cookies are there too. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, food stalls, and pharmacies nearby, and Grab can take you anywhere. It wasn’t very social, but for comfort it’s one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia. I loved my stay.

The staff were fantastic and always ready to help with information or requests. The rooms were extremely clean, and sheets and towels were changed every three days. I’ve never seen that level of service at a hostel. It’s also well located near public transport, markets, malls, and good, cheap street food. After about ten years as a backpacker, at age 50, this is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. I’m a Thai Massage Therapist, and every two years I travel from Brazil to Thailand to improve my skills and work. I also work for a Luxury Hotel chain and know hospitality protocols. Pinto Hostel has more than enough. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to BKK! KapKunKap 🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♂️ to all the staff!

The bed mattress is firm, so I didn’t get the back pain I’ve had at many other places. Everything was very clean and well organized, from sheets, pillows, and towels to the shared bathrooms and toilets. The staff are friendly, and the location has nice, highly rated restaurants nearby and good public transport links. It’s still quiet enough to sleep well. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in BKK.

I stayed in a four-bed dorm, and the whole place was really nice. It has the feel of a proper hostel where you can meet and socialize with people. Just be aware that the shower and toilet are inside the four-bed dorm, which is convenient but can get annoying. Maybe the eight-bed dorm is even better.
