Friendly staff and a quiet place, with very good newly refurbished rooms. There’s also a nice sitting area downstairs near the pool. The main market seems to be medical staff working in the nearby hospitals. You can rent by the month or for longer, with a 1 month deposit. The location isn’t ideal for tourists, but it’s okay if you have transport or know your way around. You may need a 30 Baht motorbike taxi to BTS Ari to get out quickly.

It’s convenient for getting to Ramathibodi Hospital, close to the main road and bus stop. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the caretaker and housekeeper are friendly.
