This is the worst, most pathetic hotel anyone could stay at. The staff are awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed on the 9th floor in a calm residential area. The price was affordable, Seven eleven was nearby, and the staff were friendly. It had hot water, a fridge, balcony, and AC. The beds are the one thing that need changing.

Getting out of this living hell was a relief. The owner acted like a nice guy but, in my experience, was a hypocrite and a cheater, overcharging in every way possible. The receptionist was highly aggressive. He billed us for over 100 units of electricity and never apologized for his incorrect room bill calculation. He also seemed unwilling to hear about his many billing mistakes, and sometimes shouted at customers from certain backgrounds. To me, that was a clear example of racism. The whole experience was a nightmare.

The rooms are fine, and the complex has a lot of useful facilities: an in-house cafeteria, laundry, water ATM, coffee machine, and a shop. Ratchada 32, a long service road connecting to Ratchadaphishek Road, isn't too far away. There are plenty of 7-11s and restaurants along it. The main drawback is that the apartment complex feels a bit too far out on the outskirts.
