The one good thing about this place is the location near BigC and the night market. Otherwise, my stay at Prom Hotel was a disaster, and I wouldn't come back. The soundproofing is poor, so it was noisy and hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet they advertised had almost nothing to eat: plain rice, watery porridge, fried eggs, a little salad, and cold sandwiches. The food was extremely limited and stone cold. Calling that a buffet is misleading. Very disappointing and awful, one star from me.

Late check-in was possible, and the price was fair. My room was in good condition apart from the bathroom, and the AC was pleasant and quiet. There's a big supermarket nearby. The buffet breakfast was mostly Asian style, and most guests were Chinese. The bathroom needs renovation and wasn't in particularly good shape. The windows don't open, and the soundproofing isn't great. Having loud Chinese neighbors talking all night was definitely unpleasant.

The room in tower 2 looked basic and was dusty, so keep an eye out for cockroaches. The area is popular with tourists, and it's a great spot for Jodds Fair, Big C, and The Street shopping and food areas. Breakfast was very basic, with rice porridge, bread, and a few hot items. One day they had Pad See Ew, which was nice.

The deal was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to a shopping center, Cultural Center Bangkok, and the night market. Rooms are simple but clean, with a quiet airco and a fridge. I only stayed one night, so I don't know if the breakfast setup is usual, but the bain-marie containers weren't lit and the breakfast was cold.
