We landed around 1am after giving them notice that we’d arrive then, but found our room being used by management and other guests for drinking. The man we spoke with said it hadn’t been prepaid and they assumed we weren’t coming because it was late. After a long flight, that was really disappointing. They didn’t seem sorry, offered no alternative room, and just wanted us to leave, so we booked another hostel that night. Later, Find My AirPods showed that I’d left my AirPods there. I messaged them and went back, but nobody answered. When I sent proof that they were still active at the property, their only reply was “haha.” Don’t stay here.

The one good thing was the bed, which was clean and fresh. Everything else was a mess. The upstairs living area smelled awful, it was very dirty, the bins hadn’t been emptied, the basins weren’t clean, and the showers had hair in them. The room was sauna-hot despite the booking mentioning air conditioning. Don’t expect the place to look like the pictures unless someone gets it properly sorted out. Nobody spoke even a little English or seemed to care when I complained. The woman in charge walked away when I asked why things were in such a bad state. They didn’t provide a towel or the room and Wi-Fi codes, even after I asked politely. Edit: she did bring me a towel after midnight. This was the most disgusting hostel I’ve stayed in.

I booked a room online for today, but after arriving at the airport I had to wait as long as six hours and had a lot of trouble. I thought the hotel was open 24 hours, but what I saw today made me feel ashamed of this hotel. It’s a very poor place.
